Business Social Compliance Initiative: The BSCI was initiated by Migros and campaigns for decent working conditions among suppliers all over the world. All M-Industry suppliers are subject to this initiative.
Environmentally compatible cultivation of palm oil and soya: Migros, along with the WWF, have together set up the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) and the Network for sustainable soya. Migros is also a member of the Round Table on Responsible Soy Association (RTRS).
High priority for food safety: All M-Industry businesses are certified under the standard recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative. This increases food safety and raises confidence among customers.
